Following a recent Apple operating system update, some iOS devices are showing issues with logging in. Some users have been logged out and on logging back in, the app is showing no households or crashes. This appears to be due to the Apple device maintaining a cache of bad data and we are investigating further. However, if this is your experience, please follow these steps to resolve:
- On iOS device, go to Settings
- Tap General and then iPhone Storage
- Tap on the magnifying glass symbol and search for InteliCare in the search bar
- Tap on the InteliCare result
- Tap Delete App
- This causes the cache and all data stored with the app to be deleted including the bad data.
- Re-install the app from the app store
- Sign in to app and confirm all households that should appear are present
