Aged care technology start-up InteliCare is set to list on the ASX in 2020 with the former CEO of ASX-listed Spookfish, Jason Waller, at the helm to take the company into its next phase of growth.

Jason speaks with the Australian Financial Review about InteliCare’s potential and how the SaaS product appeals to both business-to-business and business-to-consumer.

InteliCare goes beyond just being a reactive device used after someone has a fall, its smart home sensors and monitoring software detect a decline in wellbeing before a fall can happen. Unlike other aged care devices in the market, InteliCare doesn’t require activation by the person in an emergency.

Combining the advanced technology offering of InteliCare with the brittle aged care situation Australia is set to face, is making for a receptive investor environment for InteliCare with $1.2 million in seed funding already raised.
